Big Dreamer

Every great dream begins with a dreamer.
Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience,
and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.
-Harriet Tubman

My daughter is a big dreamer.
I pray that I will always lift her up and won't ever crush her spirit.

She inspires me to keep reaching.
It's incredible how much I'm learning
from someone who isn't even two years old.

What have you learned from a little one in your life?

Lessons I've learned from my two:
Little ones never hold a grudge. And they really know how to be in the moment and experience joy in the little things.
    Great photos here.

  3. Hi Kathianne,
Thank you so much for your visit and note about adoption - your blog is great (OH! OPRAH) and I'm a new fan ;)
In answer to your question, I actually started my blog as a way to spread the word about our hope to adopt a second time (3 years ago) but ended up focusing more on art as I found the large community and support here. A lot of my art focuses on Motherhood and mothering and I have written several posts along the line, but not as much as art.
My last post about it and where we stand now is here: http://www.twinkletwinklelikeastar.blogspot.com/2012/05/lost-in-transition.html
Thank you for asking and good luck with your beautiful little one!
