It so reminds me of our military v...Beautiful post. It so reminds me of our military vagabond lives when the kids were babies. Living on military installations was a village experience like no other. We didn't know about Mama's or play groups back then. We just gathered together with our kids and sometimes spouses, and called it a "get together". But, we were each other's support system without even knowing it. I will forever be grateful to my friend Moira for recognizing that my son did not just have a diaper rash. She made a personal call to the urologist at the clinic to examine and ultimately diagnose what the problem really was. "Villages" are wonderful!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
